Hello people. I'm looking for a manga in which the female lead excels in a field dominated by men. Swordplay, sports, martial arts...anything like that. And I would really prefer it to have at least half of the focus on romance as well.

Toshokan Sensou
So far, there are two chapters out for the manga, but if you can't wait, watch the anime. All the episodes are out and it's finished.
It's about a girl who joined the Library Corps, because this one guy supposedly saved her and this book, and you can say that she dominates in the male area, as she is the first female to join the task force (an elite group of soldiers). But yes, it's mostly focused on the romance

between her and her superior Lieutenant.

Basara? (seems like one, but never read it)

And there's alot of gun-wielding girls/loli series out there. I don't know the names exactly, but maybe someone else would know?

Special a. But beware of a really dense heroine in the first few volumes.

Appleseed
Appleseed: Ex Machina

Both cell shaded movies. She is part of an elite task force, and as far as I can tell, the only one there.

Psychometrer Eiji - no romance and quite ecchi and the focus is on the guy but hey, nothing beats a sexy female officer 🤣
Rosario+Vampire is a harem but we have a strong female vampire... with enough romance I guess
Zippy Ziggy No romance yet in the releases but surely there will be some soon..
