Cotton is somewhat like that (though it's not actually GL and whatever romantic feelings there might be are completely one-sided on the part of the younger girl).
It's really very difficult to find something like Pieta, which is one-of-a-kind in the shoujo-ai department. But if you don't mind adult women instead of schoolgirls, you might like Moonlight Flowers. It's sensible and down-to-earth as far as GL goes; though a little too strong on the feminism sometimes.

How about LIFE by Suenobu Keiko? Not really shoujo-ai but I love it nonetheless. Has a lot to do with friendship, depression, bullying, and angst, which is present in Pieta. And I don't care what you say, HatorixAyumu forever and always ~~
