I'm looking for a romance where there is a significant gap between the male and female character in age, the guy being the older one. Doesn't matter how old the girl is, just as long as there is a 8+ age gap.
I like:
teacher x student
stepsister x stepbrother
master x servant
rich x poor
etc....
No Seinen, ecchi or hentai (I don't mind smut)
Preferably Shoujo or Josei.

Thanks!

There is:
Sugar Family, which is stepsister (Age: 16) X stepbrother (Age:23)
Taiyou no Ie, Childhood Friends.... Girl (Age: 16...I think) X Guy ( Age: 26?)
~No smut, hentai, ecchi. ----However, perverted mentions.

Oniichan to Issho
Shiawase Kissa 3-choume I think the age gap is about 8 yrs...
Ai Hime - Ai to Himegoto
Chocolate Cosmos
Daisuki Datta yo, Sensei...

I do think that it would be more useful if you just do an advanced genre search with the age gap category.

I think Usagi Drop is a worthwhile read. It has a lot of generally positive feedback. It's Josei and... read a few chapters of the manga before deciding to ditch it or continue, the plot actually starts moving as the story progresses (albeit in circles).

Ai Hime - Ai to Himegoto. I think she's... 16? and he's 26?

Bumping this, since I have run out of stuff to read...
ANY older man then 4 years works, as long as its not hentai, ecchi, yaoi, yuri, shonen-ai or shoujo-ai. I read smut though so that's fine 🙂

Koi Kaze which deals with real incest between brother and sister, but it's done in a tasteful manner, IMO.

& - Not a lot of chapters out for it right now, but I've read on another blog that the budding romance is between the young heroine and the otherwise, older doctor (around 40ish I think, whereas she is in her mid twenties).

Ten no Ryuu Chi no Sakura - I'll throw that one in there just because it's so sweet and well done for only 3 volumes. He's supposed to be like hundreds of years older because he's some type of mythical creature, but as we all know in shoujo, this means that he looks about 5 years older than her 😀 Still, it's a nice read if you haven't read it yet.

Love So Life is a great and refreshing read! 😀 (Except, but it doesn't have any of the relationships as you said...)

**I think there are two relationships that go with the subject "Older Man younger woman"

I LOVE Love So Life, also I have read almost everything now that you all suggested, either previously or after you suggested it. Ingenou was great as well 😀
Any other suggestions from anyone?
