Well, which girls are prettier is a matter of taste, personally I don't have a preference. But if you've noticed the snarl in western porn, you must have noticed the overemphasized moaning, whimpering and whining Japanese porn actresses tend to do, as well as the ridiculously exaggerated slurping, sucking, licking, and assorted squishy sounds you find in both Japanese porn and hentai.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on the plot point too. While I've read some pretty intelligent hentai doujinshi, most animated hentai is 2-5 times more retarded than any real porn I've seen. And generally real porn isn't even trying. It's either just filming of sex taking place as is with no plot (because it isn't fiction), or it's some goofy plot that's probably more for humor's sake and doesn't even begin to take itself seriously.

Hentai, on the other hand, while being just as stupid, tends to take itself really seriously, and in doing so become that much dumber. Also, the stupid things about real (western, at least) porn are usually funny. The stupid things about hentai tend to be disturbing - large groups of men brutally raping women with little or no repercussions, normal women falling in love with their rapists and instantly becoming sex slaves willing to aid said rapist in repeating the process with other women, stuff along those lines.

Now, with all of that said, I don't watch either much anymore, but I still prefer hentai because it's fantasy. Why watch what you can get in real life, for anything other than educational purposes? I get a kick out of watching all the impossible or highly improbable feats of sexual endurance and prowess that characters in hentai regularly demonstrate.

Hentai is preferable for story and certain fetishes. Live action porn is good for variety and just general realism. Animated sex just isn't dynamic enough at this point and you gotta love them interracial orgies.
