I've read Oyasumi Punpun and Homunculus; all I can say is that the mangaka of each manga is a genius.
So, I'm searching for something unusual, strange... that cannot be seen here and there... something that shows that the mangaka is really a genius (If you've read the aforementioned mangas you know what I'm talking about - especially Punpun).
I beg for help and recommendations.

I totally second this. This is one manga that is both unusual and beautiful.
Anything by Furuya Usamaru and Matsumoto Taiyo should fit the criterion of 'out-of-this-world'.
Bakune Young , Pure Trance - Insanity and weirdness abound. If you actually want some kind of deep plot, though, don't bother with these two. They're meant to be bizarre and random - so you have to be satisfied with that.
I think Soil , Ultra Heaven , Discommunication Seireihen and I Am a Hero might fit, too.
As much as I love Liar Game and One Outs, they have absolutely nothing in common with Homunculus or Oyasumi Punpun; so I don't think you'll be interested. But, neither of these two manga is even remotely cliche or mainstream -so you might want to try them out anyway.

N-thing Mushishi! And Me and the Devil Blues, DEFINITELY. Do not miss that even if it has to be your last manga on earth. Lol.
Cesare is a manga about a genius (Cesare Borgia, the ultimate 'Renaissance Man') and is also by a genius, which is a happy coincidence. 🙂 The sheer depth of research, flawless art, intricate plot and mind-boggling yet sublimely lucid story-telling make this a work of MANGA MASTERY. It might seem to be a normal historical manga based on the official summary, but trust me, it has such remarkable depths that you kind of... forget who you are while you're reading it. It's literallly like a time-capsule back to Renaissance Italy... The philosophical, social, political, ethical, artistic and even economic questions raised (and answered) by this manga make this a truly stunning masterpiece that is utterly and relentlessly involving. I have a fangasm every time a new chapter is released. 🤣 I especially loved the chapter with Leonardo da Vinci - yes, another genius! Plenty of those to be found in this amazing manga.
Monster and Pluto are also out-of-this-world in terms of their depth and genius, but I'm sure you've read them already. 🙂

As many good series were covered, I wasn't going to respond until I saw you've only read 15 series so far. So I thought I'd name a couple of the better known series that others probably assumed you've already read (and some lesser known series for balance):
Akira by Katsuhiro Otomo and Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind by Hayao Miyazaki - while these are classic, mainstream titles, they are also clearly works of genius.
Nijigahara Holograph by Inio Asano - by the same author as Punpun; this work is probably his most experimental.
Witches - Everybody should read at least one work by Daisuke Igarashi.
Ranman by Shinkichi Katou - Worth reading for the art alone.
Human Clock by Seiichirō Tokunan - Perhaps not a work of genius, but it is certainly unlike any other manga.

I'd specifically recommend Tekkonkinkreet, No. 5, and Ping Pong by Taiyo Matsumoto, and Palepoli, Plastic Girl, and Music of Marie by Usamaru Furuya.
