My 1st yaoi was The Loudest Whisper. I was just at chapters for about an hour, with my family, and I found it on one of the manga shelves. They don't know.

As for my 1st yuri, I have yet to find one I like. So none have left an impression on me. Also, I already new about guys' love, so I was curious to womans' love. No huge mark was left by the 1st since I was expecting something similar?

Am I the only one wondering how all those people got to know yuri and yaoi? In my case, I was just looking for some images and by accident I stumbled on a yaoi picture XD After that I went to research it and after reading Love Neco, the one from the picture, I was totally in love with it. 😀
I already knew Loveless from the anime, but never really considered it shounen-ai until I really came to understand what it meant XD
Considering that I'm bi I also wanted some nice girlxgirl so I specifically searched for that. So I read Girl Friends, but there weren't enough ecchi scenes (Ima real perv OwO) Yuri Hime Wildrose had enough sexy scenes 😛
But I started to read yuri much later than yaoi, I'm still a fujoshi at heart 😛

Not really into it before, until I stumbled upon Doushitemo Furetakunai by Yoneda Kou, guess that's when I started reading yaoi, since I've found out that some yaoi plot and drawing are usually much better the average manga.
