Description
High school student Naoyoshi works a part-time job helping the elderly. However, one day, he receives a request to help Norihiko, a young man suffering from an illness. The pair develop a close connection, but Norihiko abruptly disappears, and Naoyoshi can't seem to contact him for an explanation. When they finally reunite, something seems different about Norihiko.

If the manga was longer maybe (just maybe) this story wouldn't have been so... crazy.

Naoyoshi falls in love for Norihiko super fast, and then, as fast as he fell for him, he falls for Norihiro. If the story was longer, maybe it wouldn't have been so rushed, but it's short, and in only 4 chapters the main character falls in love with two twins like it's totally normal. Really?
I started interesting until the second part. The uke is kinda selfish for using the younger brother as substitution even if he says its OK to do so. After realizing the truth, they jumped right to sex and I dont even understand where his new love come from. But the extra is cute and it saved the forced ending.
In the beginning this seemed like something descent. Then things got kind of out of hand. It's as if the mangaka has never been in love or even watched a romantic movie. As if the person is completely unaware of how human feelings work... The story does have potential and it's not completely bad but then it's not really good either.

I believe this would be a lot better if the mangaka had spaced it out over more than one volume. The story seems very rushed, as lifeincircuit said. It was a little confusing at times because of that, and I think it really messed up the overall feeling of the story. I'm not a big fan of this kind of art, so I marked it down for that as well, but it wasn't overwhelmingly bad. The thing that I did like about this manga was the unique plot, I was definitely surprised and liked how it turned out.
Well, i've only read the first chapter and it already looks pretty typical however, i feel the kids emotions and actions are very sincere and i think his charecter is going to be fun to watch.
