I personally enjoyed the art. It's very atypical and granted that's one reason why I like it but I find it effective in displaying the intensity of what's depicted. The guy with the tattoo who's the most villainous of them all transmutates in body and face as the story goes along. I found that fitting. I don't consider the art badly drawn. Far from it. It's grotesque and distored sure but not badly drawn. The artist can draw a mean caricature and that's an unusual skill to have.

The story could happen in real life (even though it's on the fringes of abnormality and insanity) and that's one reason why it was enjoyable. Another reason was because it deals with a real-life problem of Japanese society and that's compensated dating. Nobody was just and completely good-natured. Everybody were villains more or less, some more than others. There were two sides. Girls taking advantage of the guys wanting sex and vice versa. It made for a very intense and interesting read and I'm hard-pressed to understand what these ratings are for.

Give it a try. Worth reading if you can stomach the raw graphic violence and adult subject matter. Gives another spin on compensated dating. Not much food for thought or deep story but an adventure that's entertaining from start to finish

it's very funny, the way everything works out. the last chapter have the most satisfying deaths ever, everything become fine in the end. there's no real gore or sadistic content, rest assured there is too much censorship for you to feel anything. the art is quite bad, the faces can be quite distorted in the author's attempt to convey their ugly emotions.

all in all, not a bad manga if you like a good ending.

In my quest to find slice of life/realistic manga about prostitution, I stumbled upon this.
You either read this or you don't. If you can get past the rape, bondage, and violence, you can read this. (This is by the author of Ichi the Killer)
I really don't know what to say. As a former fan of BDSM (Nana to Kaoru, Hoshi no Yakata and the like), the bondage wasn't as bad as some that I've seen. It's not long enough to really explore the characters. It was, well, interesting, but I'm sort of glad that it was short.
If you're curious, read it, but if you're sensitive to this sort of thing, don't read it.

It's a kind of story that would get stuck in your head. I guess, it's quite realistic. There were plenty of sexual violence, cruel scenes, yet the manga didn't turn out to be gloomy and pathetic. It was really interesting, unpredictable, and even had some cute and funny moments in it.

Was looking through the Illuminati-Manga releases and decided to give this one a read.

This manga is only for those who are up for a high amount of strait-up violence and sexual violence presented in borderline H fashion.

The story follows a group of girls using a phone club to meetup with guys under the guise of prostitution and rob them, and two guys who work at the phone club and meetup with the girls and screw and run.
