The series itself is decent, but it's definitely not as good as Saiki.

If you don't take it seriously, this is a pretty fun gag-type manga. It's stupid and it's supposed to be. How good or bad the art style is doesn't matter even a little, anyone who cares about that so much doesn't know that the important part of any art or manga is expression, which any professional in the industry will tell you. This author manages to make his characters feel alive and energetic, with lots of different expressions, clearly conveying the powerful emotions of the characters and adding to the fun aspect of the story.
I'm not going to claim it's a masterpiece, because it's not. But it's something that's worth me spending a few hours or a day reading through it, it's fun enough to provoke some laughs and smiles and doesn't feel boring to read. Of course, this concept might get boring soon enough, but it'd be nice if someone could translate at least a volume or two more, at least it's better than a lot of other stuff being translated.

someone might find it funny though not me.. The art is the worst I've ever seen! I agree with the comment about it been one-dimensional and the jokes are usually violent and not funny.. the cat joke was simply stupid..
This is a very interesting idea, actually. This manga is clearly not intended to be serious, and it works perfectly that way - so far, all the characters are fairly transparent and one-dimensional, but that's okay. My only criticism is that it isn't as funny as it could be. The "kitty" joke was perfect, but I've found funnier manga. The teacher's personality is also a little too exaggerated for my taste. I definitely enjoyed reading the few chapters out there, but it could use a little improvement. Oh well.
HAHAHAHA, I find this manga to be quite hilarious. The "Hero" teacher is an amazing idea. He reminds me of a cheesy character from a bad Japanese RPG. I won't ruin it all, but this is definately not GTO. The art is kinda sloppy but the premise rocks. Its got an awesome start.
