This was a very full of different emotions story. Even in the beginning, there is already much feelings running through my veins, there is quite a lot of sadness felt by both of the main characters. The story is always having some dramatic scene that turns everything upside down, though so dramatic, it is so fun and exhilarating to keep on reading. When put in family relations and connections here and there, the story gets more intense. Once both the two main leads grow further apart, it makes you wonder how will this story end with a happy note?(cause u know it ain't a tragedy genre story) How will both of them reconcile...it makes you wait and anticipate for the beautiful grand finale.

The good thing out of all the problems, is that they really do only love one another, that is the best part of the story. Read this accompanied with Sam Smith's Stay With Me song, for the parts where he lost her, is like adding oil to the already intensely burning fire. Other good parts was when she realized he is still and was always totally in love with her in vol.9 chap.2, chap.73 page 15 too was also great, all this scene is Jay knowing Jarte's love for her, cause i feel that she's always doubting his love, sigh, that's why i love it when she knows his true feelings for her. The last part of chapter 79 was totally da best! i think out of all manga/,manhwa history, it made my heart beat really fast the whole time, even when i look back at it again, it still made my heart flutter. The last few chapters when they finally got married already was quite hilarious, funny the whole time. Another good part was when Jarte trusted in her and gave her the documents regarding CEO Choi, cause trust is really hard to build after their horrific past. And haha Jarte that can sense his love near him is such an awesome lovely totally romantic sixth sense man! But amidst all that, one still wonder how big is their age gap?
love it.. kinda!
I think its one of the best manhwas out there! I mean the beginning was just sweet. I absolutely loved the idea of a king (with capability, status, money and looks) falling for a girl, not for the previous reasons but purely because shes perfect for him. Also the art is another story, simply beautiful!.
it started off all nice and shoujo, but later on things started to get a little too dramatic to the point it was annoying. jay turned from the sweet, kind-hearted innocent girl to an absolute bi**h. and I couldn't understand why jarte was holding on to her. I mean it wasn't even normal love, he turned into possessive obsessive monster. they were going back and forth without giving us (the readers) a chance to rest, I think that the author should've distributed these events in a longer span of time maybe.
After all of the craziness, finally we got our chance to rest when jay went to New York, every thing started to get slower and kind of nicer. This part till the end made me fall back in love with this story.
It is a really good manhwa and the story is amazing, If all these events drove you crazy just leave it for a while lol. Recommended!

I almost loved this manga.. Until it started to seem all over the place..
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
it started off with a sweet boy meets girl storyline.. With a bit of sad comedy to it.. Then it drastically turned into big drama.. Which was not bad (and juicy in some parts), but it went on for too long I find.. It was interference after interference.. And no matter how crazy the king was getting I actually fealt for him. At first it seemed like Jay was a nice strong headed girl to a stupid and stubborn fool. She's weak then she's not. The poor guy spends the whole time trying to prove himself to this chick that keeps acting stupid.. Even in the 1 week! Of coma she was willing to sleep with a total stranger?!?! Then end in romantic comedy again!
It's admirable to try to fit all kinds of genre into one manga.. But in this case I find it unnecessary and just too much.
Artistry is beautiful.. Maybe alittle too beautiful when it comes with the men.
started off great
really liked it initially was a high 8. and then around the middle it became a 7, too many guys etc. and now it's a solid 6 'cause his behavior is just psychotic. will update once finished with this.

Definitely not my cup of tea
I don't mind "cinderella" stories with girls that go from rags to riches--I love cute princes who look hot in a black suit. Hot harems are also totally fine. Fantasy is my favorite genre. I just need one thing: a story that has its roots in reality...and this story was the most far-fetched story I've ever read. I have a feeling the author was trying to convince of the possibility of "true love" and "love at a glance"... If so, I'm not convinced.
Instead, I want to make sure I NEVER end up with a guy like Jarte....and make sure I'm not a girl like Jay.Hated both of their guts...This series reminded me of Romeo and Juliet -- although a less tragic version. From chapter one, I was already grimacing from the main guy falling head over heels for a girl who picks up his rings at the airport. They spend about 4 days together and get engaged. WTH? I don't know about every romance in history, but the general population of elites do not get engaged after meeting someone for less than a week. Then soon the manwha continually tortures our heroine with attempted rapes and harassment. Like, man, she needs a homosexual guard 24/7 by her side or something so the guard wouldn't try to rape her as well.
Characterization was also ... dumb (to put it lightly). Jay has no redeeming qualities, from what I can see, that would make anyone love her to pieces. But, every man that ever comes across her would be in love like they had been zapped or something.
Ranting aside, this series was also too dramatic for me. Drama came one chapter after another like desperate bullets whipping past me, and I have zero attachment to any of the characters to care for these endless problems...
While the art style didn't really affect me much, every supposed hot man had puffed up lips with super slanty eyes. However, in general, the artist did a really nice job depicting luxurious locations and apparel. Kudos to her/him.
Overall, this manwha just seemed superficial and shallow, filled with sentimentalism like that of the novel the prince was reading at the beginning of the novel. Definitely not my cup of tea.
I don't understand the overwhelming love this site has for this manwha. It's drama + unhealthy relationships.

so full of drama
This mahnwa is just amazing. One of the best I've read so far. Definitely a must read if you enjoy drama. In some being too dramatic gets boring, but in this it smoothly flows from one arc to another. It's creative and the characters well-developed. The protagonist, especially the guy, may be cool but he isn't disgustingly perfect. The ending was great too. I loved the prologues. And there were no loose ends. The art is amazing. Don't get fooled by the hideous cover. I actually thought that Jay is one of the most beautiful characters I've ever seen. I gave this a perfect ten!

Most. Dramatic. Story. Ever.
Just like your typical intense korean drama, but in manhwa form - NO JOKE. It is so dramatic. SO. DRAMATIC. I don't even know what to say other than that, LOL. Other that that, the plot is actually really well thought out and developed (it's just really dramatic - not that that's a bad thing, it's just really... "wow"). However, towards the near-end (~vol 8/9), it kinda got ridiculous and redundant. But it wasn't that much of a problem; I still liked it overall. XD I found the drama hilarious. And I know you guys can't resist a spoiler, so -

THEY FINALLY HAVE SEX IN VOL 9
Trust me, you just start wondering when it's gonna happen LOL.
Anyways. Love. Hella topic of this manhwa. If you've ever gone through love and pain, you'll totally understand the depth of this series, which I did.

Love the story
A great story. The plot is like a typical Korean drama. Which I am not sure if it is good or not. It is interesting. But the characters can become annoying. In the beginning I had a hard time taking in some characters. Once you get pass that, the story is quite entertaining. And did I mention this is like Korean drama? So this is full of drama, lots of dramatic moments. There is nothing light hearted about this one. Which I find similar in many manwha.
If you're a fan of K dramas you're gonna love this. It has every drama cliche in the book
The main characters are typical for this type of drama: strong, possessive male lead and a female lead that is supposed to be strong and determined, but is actually a weak useless crybaby. It's extremely unrealistic and over the top and I love it!
Farfetched but hey, it's a harem.
It is a good manga, especially if you love drama and romance. Yes, it is dramatic. But, it teetered just a bit on ridiculous. Just play a drinking game for every time someone attempts to rape her. Either you'll see what I mean, or be too dizzy to keep going.
Anyway, what I really enjoyed was that this was a fantastic story for those who like the guy rushing in to save her. There was plenty of guilty faces when she gets in trouble and the guys blame themselves, deliciously so. It is obviously a harem, keep that in mind. Be prepared for roll-your-eyes scenes - if you're expecting something realistic and loyal, you will be disappointed. However all the guys were hot, and man, Wann can draw, so I forgive its flaws. If any girls have a thing in particular for physique, these guys will make this manga quite a bit hotter.
