I liked how Totally Captivated was a story about openly homosexual people.
Typical yaoi has non-gay people that turns gay, or still believe that they're not gay even though they obiously make love to a man.

i want the both uke and seme to be homosexual, and probabily experianced.

Adult's Problem - openly gay and experienced couple, one of them's a Dad but trust me, he doesn't think he's straight (anymore, hasn't for decades), they even "marry" in the adoption way

Like a First Love - I think everyone knows about the couple here, even if the uke isn't as experienced, but they're both gay

Love Mode - in the main couple, both are gay and open about it to friends/family

Kanga ne Spoon - again, established gay couple, not a speck of straightness in either of them

Kafe Kara Hajimaru Love Life - bisexual seme but not because of some complex, he's open about liking guys and he has an openly gay relationship with the uke

Punch Up - so openly gay, there's no room for argument, lol

Enjoy!

I like these stories the most as well! As much as I also enjoy stories where the boys only 'turn' gay when they meet each other (and then never find another male attractive besides), it's always more enjoyable when they deal with homosexuality in a slightly more realistic manner (while, of course, keeping the normal BL romanticism).

Kyuuso wa Cheese no Yume o Miru and Sojou no Koi wa Nido Haneru - Imagase is openly gay and quite experienced with relationships.

The well-known and ever-amazing Doushitemo Furetakunai, in which Shima is actually gay and also experienced, but not comfortable enough about it to be 'out' about it to his coworkers, etc.

In a story from Furutsuji Kikka's Hachiue no Juunin the boys seem to be outwardly gay and quite comfortable about it aside from dealing with issues that normal gay couples face (can't get married, can't have children, etc.)

Yamashita Tomoko generally does a very good job of writing 'actual' gay men, as does Esuto Emu. Aniya Yuiji, as well, but most of her stories that are like that aren't translated and are very smutty.

definitely:
I can't believe nobody mentioned Dog style
Gerard to Jacques - though uke is not at the beginning, but seme is open enough for two
double mints?
Doushitemo Furetakunai - but I don't remember if the seme was gay too......

not sure if you are looking for something like that:
endless world
Ludwig II Sei
chintsubu - well, they never had problem with being gay in their situation.... smile
Renai Kyoutei Nukegake Nashi!

What did you eat yesterday? - Not exactly plot-oriented, but as gay as it gets.
Red blinds the foolish - openly gay matadors! Also by this mangaka: openly gay actors, openly gay ballet-dancers, openly gay centaurs... you get the drift.

Anything by Shoowa should probably work, since most of her characters are either gay or bi from the beginning and the rest of the world seems pretty accepting of it, fufu. Something like Non Tea Room and Jin to Neko wa Yobu to Konai.

Afuresou na Pool may also work. I can't remember if the uke was gay right from the start or not, but either way he definitely accepted himself quickly. Seme's bi.

NightS (and sequel): both gay (uke may be bi, it's not really important for the plot), both experienced.

Star-like Words openly gay couple, really sweet.
