Looking for bishounen/biseinen psychopaths or sociopaths.
Must be THE main character or one of the main characters. Definitely NOT just a side character who appears in a single chapter somewhere!
If prettiness were rated on a scale from 0 (fugly) to 10 (drop-dead gorgeous), they must rate at least a 9. Hey, these are bishie psychopaths - they should give a whole new meaning to the term "drop dead" gorgeous.
Any genres except ecchi and hentai are ok.
Examples:
Light from Death Note
Inukai from Maou: Juvenile Remix
Han from Burning Hell
Griffith from Berserk
Charles from Silver (FUJITA Kazuko)
Dai from Let Dai
Yuki from MW
Sebastian (well, he's a demon!) and Greill (well, he's a death god!) from Kuroshitsuji
Cesare Borgia from Kakan no Madonna
Tyrian Persimmon from El Halcon
Johann from Monster

Maybe Kamiyama from Goth fits...but he isn't really as crazy as most of the guys you've mentioned here. He's more of a sociopath than a psychopath, I think.
You could also try Hell Blade - but I haven't read it, so I can't be certain.
100% Perfect Girl - everyone says the lead male's a psychopath- and he's probably good-looking, considering the cover.
The thing is, the definition of 'handsome' definitely varies from one person to another...For example, I would never describe Griffith as 'biseinen'

Is Ash Linx from Banana Fish like this? The description makes him sound that way- but I dunno, I haven't read it...and you probably have.
Prince of Monster, maybe? But I haven't read this one either. It just looks likely, going by the synopsis.
Oh- and also Zetsuai and Bronze - though, once again, I can't personally attest to that.

I found this is the 'sadist' category, and it definitely sounds like it fits; Litchi Hikari Club.
La Croisade des innocents might be heading in this direction as well.

Togainu no Chi has a couple - not the protagonist, who all things considered is remarkably mentally stable, but Keisuke and Shiki get pretty psychotic.

Oh yeah, calstine, you reminded me of Motoni Modoru! Practically EVERY manga of hers (besides Koi Ga and Dog Style) has a bishie psychopath as one of the main characters.  Like Rika the Breeder, Detective Bluecat, Supersonic Angel Engine, etc.
Thanks for your other recs! I still think that Griffith (in his human form) is bishietastic. I mean, I'd hit that. *wink wink nudge nudge*
I'd like to add Crimson Empire as well... Many of the main male characters seem to be pyschopaths so far, especially that Curtis guy. *shiver* I can't believe he makes a child kill other people... Agh.

Yellow Heart -- maybe? I guess they're mostly just messed up, not psychos

Luck Stealer -- maybe he's not a psycho, but he kills people
Zetsuen no Tempest -- the friend is pretty damn crazy (plus this is an awesome manga XD)
Pandora Hearts -- lol, everyone's a bishie, but the main character isn't a psycho, some other characters are
Kuroshitsuji -- ummm... Sebastian's a demon? XD
Baptist -- there's one chapters out... so maybe?
