Romance manga told in the male point of view

So as the title says, I'm looking for a good romance manga that is told from a male point of view. Genre doesn't matter(since there are some shoujo's that are told from a male perspective like harlem beat, gekka no kimi etc.) as long as it has good art and nice plot.
So as not to be general, I'm looking for a type that has a lot of drama along with a bit of comedy. Adding fantasy in the mix would also be a plus.
Check my list for things I've read.
Don't only look straight, look also to the sides, usually the essential isn't in front of you, but beside you.

Superior comes to mind, although the perspectives are equally divided.

Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu comes to mind, should fit most of your descriptions. The artwork is much better than what you see on the cover link.

Jinjya no Susume (see Yesterday).
There are reasons (that I don't need to reiterate here) that this takes a while to do. But you'll be pleased to know that at least one chapter more is nigh upon us.
I'm not so sure it's from the male point of view, though. But that's another story.
To throw in some recommendations, how about Cherry, perhaps? Comedy, romance, a bit of drama. Little fantasy, though, not that I can claim it has much connection to reality either. Or maybe Mysterious Girlfriend X? That's mostly about the girl, but it's told more from the guys perspective (or so I've always thought, anway). Ciguatera is kind of romancy in some parts, you could try that. Usagi Drop is told from the perspective of a guy (at least at the start), but there's little romance in it (until later).
Quite the random selection, I know, but most of the stuff I could think of isn't translated yet...

Kimagure Orange Road
Midori no Hibi
Nijiiro Togarashi
Outlanders
SaiKano
Chobits
Itoshi no Kana
all these include fantasy, kimagure least so. Also limited to those that focus mainly on romance as opposed to shared focus or even romance as secondary plot. None of these are strictly comedies though some may not be overly dramatic.
