A few more details would have helped." Falling in Love In A Battle" I guess you mean mostly shojo manga... 
Basara - they fall in love during a war/revolution, not knowing they are mortal enemies
In most of these next mangas the characters fall in love during a fight.
Hot Blooded Woman – she falls in love with him after he defeats her in combat
Vanilla Ice – she falls in love with the guy when she sees what a good fighter he is

Ranma 1/2 this one is straight silly with it though
Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi
Mahou Sensei Negima! the really good battles dont begin until later on though
Highschool of the Dead it fits... kinda

The Prince's Cactus They verbally fight, so... I guess this counts?
Kaichou wa Maid-sama She hates him and the relationship is sorta/kinda like the one in Special A, but not really. Mostly verbal fights again.
