Well, there wasn´t a "nekketsu" or "hot blooded" or "psyched" humor... so I just went with awkward, cause well, I'm basically a Shonen reader... Maybe I just misunderstood the poll cause I'm a idiot at heart.

Do you mean humour as in sense of humour, or as in mood?

What exactly does it mean by 'Type of humour you develop'? Is it asking if we change our senses of humour after we read our weekly manga?

I guess some people are strongly influenced by a manga at that moment to develop the humor from the comedy of the manga (the easiest is perverted comedy-->perverted humor) but most people don't develop their humor from just mangas.

Um, what?
This isn't a very well phrased question...
I guess it depends on the manga I'm reading... =/

I think the poll is asking whether you've picked/pick up any particular sense of humour from manga... like whether you make perverted jokes after reading manga that uses perverted humour, etc..

As for my answer, probably 'None at all'. I don't read a lot of manga with a focus on comedy though.

well it's easy to grasp what perverted humor is (as well as awkward, serious/dark, deadpan, slapstick, sarcastic, witty, and weird) but a few of the options are questionable.

The only one I think is really questionable is 'fake'. 'Cute' I assume would be like acting cutesy, 'silly' would be like childish jokes, and 'friendly' would be like cheerful banter. At any rate people voted for them, so they were useful categories to those people.

I don't really understand this poll, but I guess none? I completely forget about manga when I'm not reading it at the moment so manga simply doesn't affect me from any kind of way, including humor.

I don't really get this poll.

I don't even get what cute/fake/friendly humor could possibly be.

Well it's differ according to the Manga...

But, Mostly Something Similar To ~ “ Serious or Dark ” or Vice Versa...!!^^

Please make polls in English.

I kind of get what this poll is asking. However some of the options don't make sense to me. It's hard to grasp what cute, fake, silly, and friendly humor is. I think I'll go for none at all since I'm not one to read comedy mangas often and most of the entertainment from which I get my humor isn't from manga.

Few manga have [good enough] humor that can transcend its medium, but I chose slapstick, because I've been prone to aim kicks at people after watching too much Gaki no Tsukai-NYEbatsus... not even manga, but whatever - Japan is japan is japan, and this question was clearly from a japanophile.

What a funny poll! I don't usually develop any humour after reading any manga (even comedic ones)... I don't know, maybe some people do, but it seems a little weird! laugh
