Plot/Story
Two office workers - Ebisu-san and Hotei-san - unexpectedly meet in the same company, where they, it turns out, do common affairs in the name of the capitalist goals of their male director. (who, as I have already noted, is no stranger to beauty and clearly selected the employees according to his own taste, and not according to their abilities and talent). Hotei-san fiercely hates Ebisu-san because in the recent past Ebisu was rude and vicious, as Hotei thought she treated her during a business conversation with other employees at a common table. Holding a grudge that is not weak for such an outwardly sweet woman and being terribly vindictive at the same time, Hotei promises Ebisu a variety of Japanese curses and condemns Ebisu with all sorts of Japanese curses. This truly devilish and dark side of Hotei suddenly disappears from her when she unexpectedly discovers that Ebisu is not some villainous bitch who deliberately gets on Hotei's nerves, but ... a deeply unhappy person suffering from family problems. Her sister is a completely depraved, prodigal and adulterous long-haired beauty with an angelic appearance and devilish behavior. And her (Ebisu) niece is growing up without a father, and she (Ebisu) is forced to support her, trying to keep her away from her own mother, whom she (Ebisu) is afraid to entrust to a very little girl. Having learned about this, the bright, divine side of Hotei prevailed over her, and she began to help Ebisu in her difficult life path: she prepares sweets for her on the road with her own hands, she takes her niece from kindergarten and takes care of her, she takes care of her housing and she ... tries to have a beneficial effect on her (Ebisu) sister. However, at some point, Sister Ebisu is completely out of control of Hotei, and the poor thing falls into utter despondency and despair. Suddenly Ebisu, noticing how Hotei is trying for the sake of her and the good of her unhappy family, comes up to Hotei and ... gives her a kiss in gratitude. And this manifestation of intimate tenderness causes an explosion of feelings in the emotional and impulsive Hotei, which prompts her to take action. Realizing that all four of them urgently need to change their surroundings, Hotei, with burning, round eyes, invites Ebisu to drop everything, go to another place - to a more comfortable home and to a more profitable position, which she, Ebisu, according to Hotei, is more worthy. After some time, all 4 women move to a two-story (!) Apartment, after which everything more or less begins to improve: sister Ebisu begins to show more and more maternal feelings for her (Ebisu) niece, and Hotei begins his life together with Ebisu, about which she thought for so long and which she so desired.
Characters
Hotei is a very classic and vintage sex bomb. She dresses old-fashioned, her hair is very nicely styled, her breasts are large - but at the same time, her bust is very harmoniously combined with the size of the torso and other parts of the body, therefore it does not resemble a cow's udder. The appearance of this character makes you want to masturbate while reading this manga. As I have already noticed, Hotei clearly suffers from DMSS (Deep Meaning Seeking Syndrome) or something similar, she constantly breaks at the sight of annoying objects, she is too busy thinking - and, as a result, does her job poorly. (Valerian, valerian to her - yes, hurry up!) Another thing is that she is prone to sacrifice, capable of compassion, and can give in the face those who offend her loved ones - and this is worthy of respect. True, while I was writing this review to you, I still could not resist the temptation to put two letters “T” instead of one in her name, that is, to print not “Hotei”, but “HOTTEI”. Apparently, it has something to do with the fact that she herself is a hot girl, huh?
Ebisu is not very pretty, but an attractive businesswoman, with a sexy short haircut and a thin, slender body. A real woman-heroine of a modern western-style city, although not omnipotent and not omnipotent: a woman of action, a serious and enterprising person, a workaholic. I am deeply sorry for her for the fact that her depraved and lustful sister threw her child to her. No, well, really: Ebisu had a real opportunity to break into the leaders of the company, and because of her sister she had to do a little, kind of downshifting ... Poor thing ... Of course, it is known that fussing with the children of her relatives increases her skills paternity and motherhood, but not everyone is so free to spend so much time on it!
Mayo, Ebisu's sister, is an incredibly beautiful and attractive, but stupid and frivolous young woman. A bit like some of our pop singers: straight long hair, a tuft and a pretty face. By nature, it is very similar to some of my relatives who do not want to work normally, want to "walk empty" (a quote from the Soviet film "Gentlemen of Fortune"😉, sit back and live at someone else's expense without any reason to be dependent. If only this Mayo got a job as a model, with such-and-such a face and body, or something ... There she will show herself as a beautiful lady and will pick up lustful men for her admirers in abundance, like a corrupted harlot.
Drawing Style
General graphics level:
Everything is pretty cartoonish and caricature, a lot of styling and little physical correctness. The female characters have a strong chest and wasp waist, which makes them look more like dolls here than real people. Heroes are bursting with emotions, like from a bomb explosion, a lot of geometric elements common for mid-level comics. Almost everything is drawn by a young, slightly trembling hand. Quite a mediocre comic in terms of graphics, but everything is done with love, with lust, with passion. With the ornaments, the author of the graphics tried very hard: there are such floral backgrounds, and their leaves are so realistically traced that ... I lose my mind in an attempt to guess how many days the author spent on each of these floral ornaments ... this is very realistic! Asians in general have always been surprisingly good at ornaments (like the Arabs, however).
Character Graphics Level:
Above Ebisu's appearance, the author of the graphics for this manga clearly rested, deliberately making her almost asexual ugly. But on the other hand, this author clearly worked on Hotei in an overwrought state of sexual overexcitation: her large breasts are drawn with such delight, as if the author wanted to revive his character after completing work on each frame and ... to fulfill all his sexual fantasies with her. And Ebisu's sister Mayo is just a girl of extraterrestrial beauty, no matter how harlot she is. This is such an extremely sweet female human being that you just want to look at her without taking your eyes off: she is clearly one of the kind of beautiful women who are even afraid to touch, as if fearing that from bodily contact they might melt into thin air. An interesting situation happened with Ebisu-san's niece, Hanoi-chan. In the first chapters of the manga, she looks like a not very pretty child of indeterminate sex, however, in the finale of the manga, she just blossoms, and it seems that she has every chance of becoming a woman of extraterrestrial beauty, like her mother. Yes, employees Ebisu and Hotei are also beauties in a million, as they say! I even have suspicions that their director is such and such a polygamist ... so many beauties, but in one company ...
Enjoyment
This manga is a clear example of what happens to office workers when they ... neglect sedatives (valerian and other similar drugs). The working day turns into one continuous psychosis, business communication resembles a tantrum, and the office begins to be simply a madhouse. In addition, a character named Hotei-san also clearly exhibits symptoms such as distraction and difficulty concentrating. How she got into the same company with the balanced and concentrated Ebisu-san, I do not understand something. I have the feeling that their director, being a man, picked up something like a harem of office plankton of extraordinary beauty for himself, because colleagues Ebisu and Hotei are almost solid beauties of model or picturesque appearance. And this suspicion once again brings me sad thoughts that Japan is still a very, very sexist country, despite all the women's rights that women are given there. But back to the psychosis that the beautiful and sexy Hotei is subject to ... I would, by analogy with the famous series of music videos by Russian rapper Vasya Oblomov on the Russian Dozhd TV channel, call this manga "Breaking Hotei Beautiful". Wow, how it breaks, Hotei, during all the main chapters! It seems that she is already over 20 or 30 years old, and at this age, modern people usually have a state of some kind of settling down and pacification - however, this can be printed about anyone, but not about Hotei ... This character is so mentally unbalanced that, if she had never confessed her neurotic relationship to Ebisu, then she probably would have lived on antidepressants for the rest of her life. We can only hope that poor Ebisu, having endured in full her further neurotic antics and her doltish behavior, will not kick Hotei out of her two-story (!) Apartment, giving her a strong kick under her big soft girlish ass ... As it happened with the heroine of the manga "Your Limit love. "
Overall
In general, there is really nothing to criticize this beautiful, pleasant, instructive manga for: all my nagging is mostly amateurish in nature, because I myself do not draw manga. This story is very instructive, inspires the idea of feats for the sake of a loved one, encourages labor migration for the sake of a higher salary, and shows the disgusting aspects of the life of people who are unacceptable, doltish and "going with the flow." As information businessmen and MLM curators like to write on their home web pages, “you don't need to go with the flow, but you need to go where you want”. (if possible) I am satisfied that I have read it, I got great pleasure, I look forward to new works from the authors! By the way: Hana-chan's phrase "I don't have a dad, but I have 3 mothers" made my evening, thanks. I laughed as if tickled. By the way, Hana became very, very good when she grew up - you can stir up an excellent sequel!
