Beauty Pop , I think. Although, at the time, it was still ongoing. So completed would probably have to be Beast Master. Those mangas really got me addicted to the genre.

Actually, I just finished watching special A.
The main lead(s) Hikari and Kei both love each other, but Hikari doesn't realize it.
So Kei is the only one open to his feelings. Does this count?

And then a REALLY powerful demon comes out, all because she is a really good sweet baker..And he loves sweets.
So he decides to stick with her.
