@xtr3m3dude Why start something you can't finish, if i am going to start translating manga i have to be 100% sure that i can finish it, I will translate it completely then share it to others.
This way i won't be disappointing anyone if am going to drop a project because no...

That is not what i meant, what i mean is they are putting pressure on themselves by working alot of projects at the same time.
Edit : what's wrong about giving the raws to other groups if they arent going to continue.

They make a new website.
They announce the projects they are going to translate.
They start working on 4 or 5 projects ON THE SAME TIME .
They get tired and start asking for translators\editers and unfortunately no one replies.
