So i read this manga about a hero that kills the demon lord and as he is dying he grabs a stone that the demon lord was protecting and he ends up in the past with his memories of what is gonna happen he set out to save the world before the demon lord attacks

OK what i mean is mangas that the main character is strong and doesnt start as a weakling like others but the bad guys or those he compete against are monster strong.
Also it would be good if the manga is adventure or sport/martial arts.
