How about SUGISHITA Kiyomi? They only have two series but MagMell Shinkai Suizokukan sounds like what you are looking for. (The MU description isn't a good representation of the actual story)

Same author. Not sure about publisher in the original japanese versions, but the MU page does list multiple japanese publishers. Both are licensed by Renta for the official english versions. A lot the panels are the same with color added. (I haven't read them both complet...

As others have said the BL is not realistic and GL is just as bad. However keep in mind 'straight' romance isn't realistic either, so when you add LGBTQ+ elements it compounds the problem.
