mm well it depends cuz all is relative XD what i mean is that even if the art is crappy u can see what the mangaka wants to show the readers and probably manga without art is just a book but art without plot are just a simple compilation of nice pics.

mm as far as i now thats not posible that the 4th is still alive its more posible that the real leader of akatsuki is kakashi´s "dead" friend obito cuz tobi the one that everybody thinks is uchiha madara dont convinces me i mean why does he use that strange mask and why...

well since there are captains that do not take too much importance or dont appear to much which one of those phantom captains would u like to be more active?
