honestly she might be brought up why else would he mention which country she was from in the previous chapters? The way they talked also made it seem like she was a person who demanded respect if i remember reading it correctly 0o

Cloud/mist country actually, that means the country Madara was kage of... But well, we don't know exactly when he asumed the charge of Mizukage.
i thought i read that but wanted to double ...

dgrayman and kekkaishi you should definatly read the manga
as for reborn i only saw the first few episodes and quit watching the storyline seemed to simple so please do tell me if it actually picks up pace and action =)
