*I may possibly spoil a thing or two*
Ok so this manga was brilliant at first, I was really taken by the exciting plot, the characters and the art was nice too ^^
My problem was it started to get a little less interesting the further it went and the end I felt was a little disappointing. There wasn't a lot of shounen ai to be had >_< and the ending was like a lot of manga - to sum it up, it leaves you unsatisfied.
I was especially dissatisfied with the question of Amaki. It always seemed like he had some kind of special power and I was thinking that maybe he was actually one of them but it sort of amounted to nothing in the end.
I just wish the mangaka could have given the story a bit more juice in the last few volumes then it would have been totally perfect. I definitely wanted more romance and I definitely wanted Amaki to transform, that would have been epic.
Anyways I'm going to give this a 9 because it was soo interesting I couldn't wait for peeps to translate it so I bought the books myself!

Overall plot is pretty good and the shamanic and "were-animal" aspects are really intriguing. There are so many mysteries surrounding the entire cast and with each chapter, we get to know more about them, which bring both answers and even more questions. The characterization is pretty good and each character has both positive and negative qualities which accentuate the plot and character interactions in many different ways. One bad thing though: sometimes, the pacing is a little rocky but still, it is not bad enough to actually weigh down the plot.

As for the art, it's a bit odd and the faces are a little strange at times. However, it is quite competent at portraying the anatomy, postures, expressions, movement and so on. Also, the backgrounds tend to look really scenic at times.
