Description

I came into this series without paying much attention to the comedy and ecchi tags: a major mistake on my part. "Don't Meddle with My Daughter!" is a pervertedly fun series that shouldn't be taken seriously. If you don't mind an evil organization named BLOWJOB and a defense force called N.U.D.E. then read away. Otherwise, this series might not be for you.

The subject nearly says it all. The artwork is top notch, the characters are all gorgeous and sexy and the humor is juvenile and perverted. This is a manga that definitely caters to a certain demographic, that is to say, anyone who enjoys lewdness and dirty jokes.
From a story perspective, the characters are good, the plot is well done and the author enjoys liberal application of foreshadowing and checkhovs gun, which makes it a pleasure to watch the story unfold as mysteries start to be unraveled. The characters are all interesting, the lead Athena is really the star of this show and she's incredibly likeable as a put upon mother who's doing her best to help her family. Unexpectedly for a book that is so focused on lewdness, there are some heartfelt and endearing moments as well and an overall "light" and adventurous tone to the manga.
Probably the best compliment I can give this series is, "This is smut done right." The book is very lewd, boring on hentai, but the characters are great, the humor rarely misses, the plot is well constructed and the pacing hits all the right beats. Seriously, I think the "MILF of Steel" might be my new favorite heroine.

The art was good, and the overall story writing was lighthearted and decent. But, the mangaka became heavily dependent on the ecchi/smut and hentai portion of manga that it just became a mess.
The comedy felt forced, the delivery of the jokes/comedic effect felt like they were dropped on your lap. And the mangaka expects us to laugh and think naming an organization “Nude” or “Blowjob” is comedy gold.
If you want to see naked heroines in what is essentially hentai in disguise, and don’t care about the forced jokes and weakened story, this is for you.
