This manga falls into the 'grotesque erotic' genre of manga that Maeda is so well known for.
Basic story line is an invasion of Earth by demon beasts from another planet, with the goal of impregnating human females to produce hybrid offspring capable of surviving in Earth's environment and populating the planet with their descendents.
Considerable nudity, sex, and rape, but to me this is far more violent horror than erotica. Dismemberment, brutal tentacle rape, etc. Not for kids and not for the squeamish!
