There's nothing overly graphic or anything in terms of underwear exposure you wouldn't see in other shounen manga - "Adult" tag is probably an overstatement here(at least it's not "that" kind of adult(most of the time)).
I liked the art, it's quite detailed. Facial expressions are nicely done too.

Main female character - loner OL's personality follows the type of drink she had. Some of co-workers get caught in. Shenanigans ensue.
