I have a bias against the whole clubbing scene, don't personally understand the point of it all. These feelings strengthened my enjoyment of the manga just a bit more as I realized that even these people have their reasons for acting the way they do. I found the bit where Final note, tanned characters are appealing to my eyes so that was fun.

a surprisingly realistic story of a straight man falling in love with a gay man. Don't be thrown off by the cover. Sex was very sexy too. =)

Came from ready sensei other work and I gotta say. This was delight. As many other comments, I’d enjoy everything for this story.. it’s also very down to earth which I love. Character are fun. Awesome

Anyway, this manga is the very description of Yaoi cliches made right. You can understand very well why they love each other and the best thing of all? The Seme actually cares about the Uke's feelings and respects him (something that I haven't read in Yaoi mangas for quite a long time, unfortunately). ALSO, SAYA IS THE CUTEST BABY BOY THAT MUST BE PROTECTED AT ALL COSTS ;;
This was really worth reading and I loved it a lot, totally recommended <3

Very rarely have I read a yaoi that is this close to perfect. I adore everything about this love story, from the main characters, to their background stories, to the angst, the emotional ups and downs... it was all wonderfully written and beautifully drawn. The uke is the more vulnerable partner in this story, but because it is told mostly through the seme's point of view, it's not an overly dark and depressing sob fest. There is a lot that is tragic and lovable about this cute little uke, so watching the seme helplessly fall deeper and deeper in love with him as the story progresses is immensely satisfying. Oh my gawd, this manga is so good! Why is it only 1 volume, tho? I would love to read more about this couple should there ever be a sequel.

I found this story super sad. Says deserves so much better than the crap all those idiots fling at him just because he’s gay. What’s wrong with people that they do that? But the end helped make up for some of the sadness of the rest of it.

The tanko version really fleshes out how the MC questions his sexuality a lot better than the magazine run.

I swear, the story is more than it appears to be. This is probably my fave by sensei. It does not involve rape, violence, and stuff like that (swear this is probably the most normal work she produced aside from her djs). Tho I do love her other works like Renai rubi, 17 maple, LTO and the works lol. This manga is so chill (comparing sensei's usual works) that this could probably pass as a Slice of Life (if not for the angsty emotions and neat art and short plot lol).

Idk I'm very conflicted whether this deserves a 10. This isn't yaoi lol. This is pretty much shounen ai lol. But I want moooore. Like, when they get down to business lol iykwm. Buuuut I also loved the fact that both of them decided to wait and give it some time lol (it shows that they respected each other). And it's soo cute if both of the main lead were awkward bae lol (reaosn y i loved this lol)

Ogeretsu Tanaka is an author I've postponed commenting about for awhile because I honestly feel she's oddly well received when the quality of her works aren't as stellar as I'd expect from someone so unanimously praised. This manga in particular is actually cute and the characters likeable, but is it deserving of the high ratings that it gets? I'd argue: not necessarily. There are still little tidbits, often awkward at times, scattered throughout the volume that I reckon could use more polish and finesse. Essentially, the art is great (though facial expressions still have a long way to go) but the story can't keep up. That is probably the general problem I have with most series coming from the mangaka.

Loved it!!! Would've been perfect of it was just a TAD longer. Just even a chapter, because c'mon, with all those nicely drawn nudes, we need some smexy sex scenes. XD Anyways I actually loved it how the straight seme reacted the way he did, because honestly it's not going to be perfect flowers and daisies all the time with these kind of romances. However, I'm glad it worked out in the end and gawsh it was cute! The author needs to draw more stories like this one.
