If it weren't for the middle arc, this would have been a cute little high school romance

This is going to have spoilers throughout, you've been warned!
This is a fake dating story with a girl & her classmate who both have someone else they like -- she's got a longtime unrequited love for her childhood friend and he's been dumped by his older girlfriend. They plan to work together and use their fake relationship to change things with their love interests.
The story has three main arcs:
-trying to catch the eye of the childhood friend
-trying to get back together with the exgirlfriend
-changing from fake dating to real dating
I don't want to say too much about the first and last arcs and completely spoil them. The last arc was by far the shortest arc out of the three. It did feel a little rushed, although I guess you could say that technically some of the development between the two of them did happen throughout the previous two arcs.
But I do need to talk about the second arc, the one that focuses on the boy & his ex. This is where things get uncomfy & gross. We find out that the mysterious exgirlfiend is not just a little older, but a lot older. She was 29 when they first met and he hadn't started high school yet, but he lied and said he was 20 years old. When she found out about his lie, she broke up with him. Perfect, this is what it should have been. I mean, they shouldn't have dated at all, but it's not like she knew that he was a minor & willfully dated a 16ish year old boy and she ended things as soon as she did find out. I'm not okay with an adult taking advantage of a minor, I'm not trying to say that at all. Obviously this isn't a great situation, but if this was all and it was just like the backstory for our ML and now we're going to learn & grow from it, then I could deal with that I think. That's on him for lying and the adult did the correct thing by ending the relationship upon finding out the truth, which I can get behind & support.
BUUUUUT, that's not the end of it. The ex should have just broken it off and kept it that way, not continuing to see him, going on double dates, etc. The especially gross thing is she goes out with her friends (that are presumably the same age as her so late 20s or early 30s) and they're encouraging her to get back together with him or saying that they'd take him if she doesn't want him any more. EXCUSE ME?! He's literally a child half your age AND you all know his real age this time around. Why are these ladies encouraging this? That's a no no.
I was a little uncomfortable with our FL still trying to help him get back with his ex after she finds out the situation, but I guess we could label it as youthful ignorance? Childish stupidity? Whatever you want to call it.
TLDR - If it weren't for the middle arc, this would have been fine, a cute little high school romance. Would I recommend this? Definitely not if you have to pay for it. It's currently free to read in English on Webtoon so if you've got some time to kill and you're okay with slogging through the uncomfortable second arc, the rest of the story is fine & the art is nice. But don't go looking to this story for role models or blueprints of acceptable adult behavior.

Dropped. I do not want to read about a 30 year old with a 16 year old.

It started off promising but, by the end, it started to get just...gross. Spoilers ahead!

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Chikage and Natsume plot to get Chikage (16 years old) back together with his ex Kana (30+ years old) and it...is starting to work? I don't know? Kana is sooooo gross. Her friends joke that she should get with Chikage even though he's half her age, she goes on double dates with them, texts him, etc. This whole arc just draaaaagggsss on and it's so gross to read.
It's currently on chapter 51 and I believe there's only a few more chapters. Even if they do get together soon, there's too many chapters on the unrequited love portion and not enough time to develop the relationship between Chikage and Natsume if they do end up together.
