I haven't seen many decent depictions of non-monogamy relationships, so it's always nice to see more attempts at it. This story's premise is actually very interesting and adequate for expanding into a longer serialisation. But as a oneshot it just sort of goes nowhere, doesn't have any clear direction and lacks a concrete end goal destination altogether. There's basically no point to it. It seems to me the author intended a simple PWP at the beginning, but somehow carried through with the plot for longer than what was planned, and due to the page limit ended up with a half-baked excuse for smut which seems to satisfy no one.
