I feel exactly the same way. It was terrible... Hinako is FAMOUS for her amazing story lines, what happened here? Was she tired when writing the story line or something? Most of her idea's are amazing, and the art wasn't as good, as anything else. I think she just did this just to pass the time. Seriously dissapointed.
It doesn't surprise me that no scanlator has taken up this manga, despite the mangaka's popularity. It was just plain boring! I hope there will be sequels to make it more interesting, but until now, there was not a lot that caught my eye. I even forgot about the storyline!
