Description
Wu Sheyue is a cosmetic specialist/assassin. One day, her organization decides to kill her. Though she was stabbed by a knife, she didn't die, and instead traveled back to the past, into the body of a "crazy" girl. There, she uses her wits and skills to become the Empress.

This was a fun story l, but it went on hiatus in or before 2020 so I doubt we’ll see an ending.
So, even though I'm enjoying this story in general I can't say I cared for what I read in the early chapters. The main character wakes up in another person's body. This person is bullied by everyone for being 'ugly' even though the artist didn't draw her ugly at all.
Anyway, the main character goes to take a look in the mirror and the first thing she says is, "She's so ugly, no wonder nobody likes her.'
Um, so, if you're not good looking it's natural for people not to like you, is that how it is? And it seems to be the case that the main character is thought to be ugly because of a heart shaped birthmark on her cheek. What's ugly about that? Even if it wasn't heart shaped, it still wouldn't be ugly.
This is one of my major pet hates about Chinese web comics/manwha. Beauty is everything. People who aren't beautiful are trash. This is such a toxic message to be sending out to your readers.

I've read about 28 chapters of the Webtoon before writing this review. I like the concept of the story, but I don't like the official translations to this Chinese Webtoon. They changed the Chinese names to Western names. There were even some repeat sentences in the text bubbles that I started to become annoyed with it. Did they hire someone to use google translate to translate? Or are they making things up? I've looked at the novel translations and they are 100% better than the official English translations for the webtoon. Surprise? So am I. They(novel translator, the one that isn't paid to translate) actually use the Chinese names, they don't do literal translations, and they use Chinese terms that would fit in that setting. I think WebComics needs a new translator for this webtoon because the translator doesn't look like they know what they are doing. They're (WebComics translators for this webtoon) even paid to do this, how sad is that?
