Disclaimer: I am a sucker for this kind of fantasy setting.

At chapter 4 it's been a well-known fantasy world set-up (levels, classes, climb-the-tower, defeat-the-demon-lord) with a bucket of ecchi smeared all over it. I never, ever, enjoy the ecchi-element since its usually nothing more than a spurious addition for those with easily excited groins, while when nudity is done properly, I simply don't mind it, since being naked, or having sex, is a thing characters can legitimately do, even adding to the story.

Taking the previous and the genre into account there is very little to this manga that is below average and equally little above, but there are two things which set it apart. One is the main character. He's non-standard in a few ways and seems to have a somewhat interesting backstory without being overly dramatic, so far. The second is that the (apparently obligatory) ecchi is so over the top and inflated, that it loses all possible eroticism and turns absolutely ridiculous and maybe even humorous.

It's decent enough and since, as stated in the disclaimer, I'm a sucker for the genre, I will absolutely read it.

What can I say, this series has/had such an interesting character flaw set with the Jester class. Even after changing class the MC still has these flaws but it's all ruined with the Mangaka's obvious fetish fulfillment and just plain borked writing at times.



Also with only 20 chapters to go from where I am I can't see this as anything but an axed series. In no way can this end well with so few chapters left. I'm giving it a 3/10 cause of the almost non-existent story and pretty poor character writing outside of the MC, if he didn't exist for this series it'd have been a 2/10.

Story is bad, characters are bad, plot is bad.
This only gets a 5 for the art alone and even THAT is pushing it.

It has a lot of the cliches that I enjoy. The MC gets a huge power boost that makes him basically unstoppable, and he's got some issues that make for good comedic relief. My big negative is that every party member (so far) is a loli with massive breasts, and I'm not talking just big. I mean, so massive that instead of looking sexy they just look odd. It just ruins the entire experience for me. They're practically identical as well. They just took the same blueprint and changed a few details. My guess is that this was written by a horny 13 year old boy who thinks "the bigger the better." Pure little boy wish fulfillment in the worst way.

So, the heroin has a height of 140 cm and a bust measurement of 120 cm, and I think that says a lot on its own. It's a bit of a shame because, while the main character has some interesting abilities, it's just really...I mean, if I wanted to see that kind of thing, I'd just go read some hentai.

I'm sitting there trying to get into it, but you see the heroin and her udders are bigger than her head, and it just takes me out of it. The storytelling and art are nothing special and I'd talk about the plot but after reading chapter 1, there's nothing really compelling to speak of.
