It was pretty cute up until the extremely anti climactic ending:
If you don't mind ambiguous endings, the rest of the read is good.

Akiha basically admits to trying to murder Haruka out of jealousy, gets confessed to, but then ends up replying she needs to think it over. So, likes him enough to essentially murder her sister but not enough to reply to his confession
