This series is really hillarious (although jokes are often Japanese-language and culture dependent) and heart-warming at the same time. The pace of the romantic development between the two main characters may be slow, but that is a strength, since we get to see more aspects of their relationship.
Character development is definitely not in short supply here; each of the 6 girls have a unique personality that slowly evolves and is slowly exposed to the reader over the course of the series.
For those who enjoy Yuri comedy manga, this series is a must read!

A 4-panel comedy with an all-girl cast and yuri... should be great, right? Well it's not. It's rather boring actually. The characters get no development and the jokes are lame.
Go read Youkai Gakuenki instead.
