If you haven't read the novel you will have no idea whats going on. Each chapter is a distinct slice of the story but often with no real connection to the chapter before or after it. There's no explanation given for anything. Not how she died, or how she came back, or why she has a magic world in her hand. Totally incomprehensible.

Pretty much the same thing as many other series, with the difference that she didn't transmigrate but revived in her own body but healed somehow. To be honest, as Uthred says the start is a complete mess and it's not explained at all, I had to read elsewhere to know what actually happened to her, there is an alternative called "Miracle Doctor, Abandoned Girl" it's the same story but its better imo, thou the art feels a bit older. Still the art in this one is modern but generic so it's not a clear cut which is better. In any case that one was cancelled, but reading the first few chapters of that one is a good idea (or all of it actually since it's better paced and written, meaning it explains things more and takes more time to develop things).
In any case, it gets better and more coherent later but still it's quite mediocre yet somewhat enjoyable, so yeah better than many of the same type but not among the best of 'em.
