This is a lovely manga, which portrays different penguins as male adult bartenders and waiters in a high-class restaurant. However, despite looking like humans, they are still penguins, with penguin behaviour.
Emperor penguin, gentoo, chinstrap, king... there are many different kinds, with many different cultures. And in these comedy chapters, you will see how different they all are, and how they can clash in funny ways. Like some penguins like standing close to each other, and other kinds don't, and how "king" and "emperor" penguin naming came to be!
In the afterword, the author tells you that they love penguins a lot, and that the publisher was able to get a leading penguin biologist to be the editor of this manga - much to the delight of the author, who was a big fan.
