Didn't make much sense towards the end. "rational" and "self-objectification" were commonly used terms and made sense to a certain degree in the story, except there were instances where "self-objectification" didn't make much sense (e.g. belly skin man self-objectified by making himself a shield to save little girl Kyul which got him killed but Frontier Lab never points that out for some reason).
The therapist dude who was actually the head of the Korean branch of Frontier kept on using his "intuition" to predict everything accurately and according to the author, it's never wrong. His intuition is perfect, which is pretty ridiculous lol. and Brian Kim (the friend that Sean murdered) to have predicted everything when we're talking about people's choices in real life circumstances also requires suspension of belief to continue reading.

TL;DR: moral of the story is that we can't always be 100% rational as we are emotional human beings and having emotions (loving others) is more valuable than being rational or being philosophically right all the time. If you want to read a good summary of everything explained, read the afterword.
ok read but enjoyment factor became a 3/10. rationally, the story's a 7.7/10 for me

Got draggy and confusing towards season 3 and 4 when author tried hard to explain and justify Frontier's point of view (imo, they overexplained things when there were already too many confusing elements, like the theorizing and contradictions -- but they did a good job at trying to be as clear as possible, I'll give it that!). It's pretty deep if you think about it, but you really couldn't be bothered to think too much. Especially when the art is the way it is... Not that it's bad, but age and details of a character are indistinguishable.
It was definitely a fun and thrilling read before all the wordiness came in! Love the humour sprinkled throughout (although a bit misplaced at times, cuz it felt odd coming from Frontier).
There were many other things I have stuff to say about... but I'll leave it short. 🤣 It's too bad there won't be a sequel, but that's okay! It ended on a good note for the reader to think about.

It was a shame how Granny Okbae died with some significance, yet at the same time not really? Not sure how I felt about Sean and Heather's deaths, because by then it was all so confusing.

A very philosophical series about ideals and stuff. A surprising ending, I give it that. I enjoyed it though, it has its funny moments, and gorey moments. but I did read it all and the afterword.
