As a long-time Bohra Naono fan, this read like her usual plots: an interesting idea, some sex scenes, and the uke looks older than the seme (even when the seme is, technically, older). Won't blow your mind or anything, but the creatures were pretty neat; this story reminded me of her Mori no Koe series, except that one had better pacing.
I didn't like how young Tino looked, especially when Jehu looked so much older and Tino looked like a kid when standing next to him—they looked like one of Naono's student/professor couples. And how there was just too much happening and too many characters crammed into a single volume. I would've rather had the first volume with only Akira and Makoto, and a second volume for Tino and Jehu, to really allow both couples to grow.
Tl;dr: don't expect much different from what Bohra Naono usually delivers.

There are so many things I don't like about this manga, it's almost hard to count.
- First of all, what happens to the main character after the first chapter is totally random. I didn't even understand what was going on at first because it was so absurde.
- The whole "family" and "dependants" thing felt flat and cheap. There was absolutely no reason for it. I've read other stories with this theme and they were so much better and much more thought through than this.
- The love story was way too fast. Something like "Oh, is this a homeless? No, it's my long-lost childhood friend! Come live with me for free and forever and btw I love you!".
- There's a rape scene which is totally dumb. The rapist's reasons are dumb and the reactions of all other characters as well.
- Why the hell does this one guy look so young? I could've overlooked his relationship with a clearly older man if he were a side character and nothing more, but there was even an erotic scene drawn. Sorry, but even with this "I'm hundreds of years old but I still look underage" it send off pedo vibes. The guy looks like he's 12-14 and his lover 40-50. No, thank you.
- I really dislike the way the mangaka draws faces, but beside that the art style is okay I guess. I'll give it one point for that.
- Almost forgot that the reactions of the characters were underwhelming. Small spoiler (end of first chapter):
Well, I guess that's all. Can't really say anything good about this. I didn't even like the characters. I advise you to skip this manga.

Your whole life was destroyed? You were turned into a monster and have to eat human flesh to survive? I don't expect a second Tokyo Ghoul, but PLEASE, show any emotions at all! How can someone not care whether they're a monster a not and how can one forgive the one who did that so easily? Though you can't even talk about forgiving easily, because it didn't even come up at all. Like "who cares lol yolo"…
