I completely missed the pregnancy part of the story because it wasn't really mentioned for a lot of chapters and I kept misinterpreting the clues as the MC uke having a tumor...
So to me, it suddenly turned into mpreg from one episode to the next, with an ultrasound and baby shopping.
Not into that, so dropped immediately.
