From the very first chapter, he's an arrogant, misogynistic trash, no question. I suppose there are people in real life that are in positions of power who don't deserve it, but that doesn't mean that they should be somehow understood, or even stay in that place. The fact that the other employees haven't reported him yet just makes me annoyed.
If you're into misogyny and arrogant, douchebag male leads, then this will be right up your alley. The thought that the female lead, who appears at first to be an independent and highly intelligent woman, will eventually fall in love with the jerk pissed me off so much that I dropped the series after reading chapter 15. The ML is one of, if not the most disgusting cartoon characters I've ever witnessed. No amount of boo hoo backstory can redeem his character in my eyes.
