From Aerandria Scans:
Kokoro was involved in a traffic accident when she was small, and there was a hero who risked his life to save her. She can’t remember anything about him, except for his back, which was scarred from saving her. Now a high school student, she still can’t forget the guy from her memories. Suddenly, she was assigned to take care of the new transfer student, Inuyama Kei, who’s always quiet and somewhat of a weirdo. He reminds her of her childhood hero, but she wishes her hero was Shun-senpai, the idol of all the girls in school, and who’s been very nice to her latel... More...

I feel like this is a work of a blooming imagination with Waac newton thought comes something that made this turn into a scattered story. Despite this it was adorable like the rest of the books this author creates.

Sometimes one shots can be great. This is not one of them. Things really did hop around a bit more than I would have liked and the art was not as good as it should have been.

OK, so there was only one chapter in this and it was veri veri VERI short, but because it was short, i really liked it.
Lemme just say, firstly this is one of the most adorable romantic oneshot mangas that i have ever read. It's short and sweet and ok, it's not THE best manga but there is something so sweet about this manga that makes you say "Awww, that is soo sweet," at the end.
I thought Kokoro's straight-forward mind played a prominent impact to this manga because (spoiler) when she says, ",... because you were my first love" with a HuGe smile while a helicopter is about to fall on her, i just thought it was hilarious and so cute!
Please read it, i'm sure you will be pleased and it is a very good oneshot manga that has one chapter. It's good for when you want a little break from all your longer mangas and want to read something short and cute..

the plot was really all over the place!! and it seemed all rushed.. the story could be better and be cuter... and another thing...hasnt anyone noticed that they dont show inuyama's face...well they did for only one page...sheeesssshhh...i dont think that people fall in love so easily...so the ending just felt and looked crappy... in other words its just plain crap..

A sweet one shot but really random ending. It would be nice if Tsukuba-sensei made this longer because the ending wasn't really satisfying
I agree with people below, the art is different to Penguin Revolution which was a slight disappointment. I really liked the story despite the unrealistic and crazy events!

First of all, I'm wondering what on earth happened to Tsukuba Sakura's trademark delicate, beautiful art. Anyone who has read Penguin Revolution, Birthday Present or Mekakushi no Kuni would agree with me on this; her art is stunning. I was confused when I read aliyu009's comment, but then I flipped to the first page, and I was... shocked. What happened, Tsukuba-sensei?! And according to the info, this is released AFTER Penguin Revolution. Some panels are nice, but others are completely... crackers.
That said, I didn't find the story quite as bad as others have said. We're given enough background to get a feel for the main characters, and they're likeable. The scenes where the classmates were interacting with each other and their teachers, or going through the motions of daily life at school; those were fun. The actual plot was a little loose, though, and the ending quite unbelievable, albeit cute. A lot of things flew by so quickly that you're left wondering what on earth just happened.
Definitely not one of Tsukuba Sakura's better works; first time readers to her works are recommended to start with Penguin Revolution instead, although you might still enjoy this one. Massive fans should keep away to save themselves some disappointment. Don't let this review discourage you from trying it, though; this is the rambling of a disappointed fan who's been spoiled by top works from Tsukuba Sakura.

I have to agree with aliyu009, the art is nothing compared to the mangaka's other works, the plot and characters are pretty bland, the romance kinda off.. Sure there are plot twists, but they were relatively predictable and typical. Nothing exceptional here. As aliyu009 said, "Skip it."

This story has twists and turns, and I was surprised with the revelations. The characters are cute, and you feel for the tow main leads...The art is nice and the story flows
