The mangaka used a typical idea about friends becoming lovers to make a bit plain but still nice story. There are two teachers from the same school, who have to go through different troubles like ex-boyfriend meddling in their life or insecurities, jealousy and rivalry. I like the storytelling, characters and kinky sex they had but there's not enough drama for me, their problems or fights weren't too serious and they got back together too quickly. In other words it's a good but not outstanding story. The second story got me much more interested (I gave extra point for this one), there's even a continuation "Iro Otoko, Tsuya Otoko". I really wanna read it, unfortunately it's not translated.

If you're looking for a time killer with very good art it's a good choice. If you want a complex plot and characters you won't be satisfied with this work.
