whoa man, this is TOTALLY all about the Mary Jane... this is the first instance of Japanese culture that I have read in my many years that actually addresses the use of illegal substances in a sort of positive light... it's interesting, but not too captivating

the artwork give off a calm look, and the pacing of the story is steady, so we can enjoy the myriad of emotions the characters feels. all the stories are little gems, they have different theme for each one so the readers feels fresh for every story. i think the best part about these collections are their endings, they are never resolved perfectly and beautifully, and i think that makes it more real.

The short stories contained in this volume all differ from one to another. Some are heart-touching, others are frustrating. Most of them ends with 'life goes on' ending, but the multiple experiences visualized in this manga may make you want to reconsider on certain aspects of your life.

Whenever you see artwork like this, you know you're in for a special treat, a manga that's different.

This is probably the exception that confirms the rule, because it's a very plain manga, with plain short stories that don't draw you in or contain any new or interesting ideas. And since you work on short stories where character development obviously lacks, you at least need a good idea. But all this manga has is artwork.
