This manga is so disjointed I feel like I missed a chapter somewhere? Especially during the first 3 chapters; I was constantly puzzled by the development of events within the plot. Maybe that's a problem on the scanlator's side, whose translation is excessively wonky at the beginning? Either way, that I could only start to get into the story from around chapter 4 remains, and that's not really a great sign. I do love the artwork though, it's clean but adequately expressive, and probably what Moegi Yuu has been trying to achieve for a long time without much success. Overall, I'd say there's more style than substance to this series where one should not expect a lot of depth going in.

Lovely art; it's sharp but sketchy, with a lot of great details. The backgrounds were really nice and the panelling was never cluttered (clutter bothers me a lot). Still, this was only the first chapter, but I think so far, I'm really interested. The characters already seem pretty unique- I like the bartender, Yuuya, a lot. He's elegant, but cute at the same time. Looking forward to reading more!

The drawing style of KANAI Kei is really likeable in my eyes, since it's kind of unique and edgy. Especially the sharp eyes and character design got me, like the change of clothes the main character shows all of a sudden after being off work. Some may say the style is kind of raw, but if you look then some details are drawn pretty clear, as if they are highlighted at the right time.

The story itself isn't that special, still after a somewhat typical and predictable beginning, it got better. Till the ending the flow improved & I'm looking forward to the other chapters, in order to say some more about it. So, this comment is 'tbc'.

The characters were ok, not such a terrible seme and not such a terrible uke. But the story was just all over and sometimes it didn't even make sense.
Spoilers ahead:

The seme confesses even though he was not serious about the kid ? and then almost the entire story he acts like a person who is certainly not already in love, but more like in the process, so why did he confess ?
The kid is in love too but doesn't accept the semes confession but they continue together like a couple ... what (?) XD then they basically start 'living together' right away but the seme takes the uke to his different 'ex' lovers. Almost right after this the seme asks the uke to join his family registry (WhAT) because the uke told his father he had a life time partner. Just where did they take all these ideas from ? it made no sense... they were all over the place. It's like it all happens but you never see/notices it so in the end they are madly in love and you wonder how /when/where ...

But it wasn't terrible the one thing i enjoyed the most was the extra.

You are in for twisting angst for a while due to misconceptions and misunderstandings but they get resolved in a peaceful loving manner.

It's a beautiful sweet love story.

Made me laugh at the end. I like it. It was serious in a dry kind of way but emotional as well.

The seme turns out to be a totally scumbag and the uke without dignity as usual.

I love this story! It's very heart-warming even though it has many yaoi cliches (my favourite ones, though) and it has a happy ending. The art is very cute and detailed. I really enjoyed reading that and I do recommend it!

it was kinda 'predictable' story, but it was soooo sweet. no drama, lovely art. it was really cute <3

At first I didn't think this would be interesting, but as the story developed I was drawn in. The characters are rather simple, but they are likeable and fit the story well. I guess that's the thing. It's a simple but heartwarming story!
And by the time I came to the ending I was thrilled to see what it all led up to! So although it is as simple as it is, the ending managed to surprise me a little as in how rare it feels with yaoi manga. And I love those kind of endings!
(And also the extra kind of killed me... that second to last frame just... so good....)
