Obsession is a lovely vice. It starts out with a woman reporter going to a small local store to buy furniture for her new apartment. The young store-keeper looks lonely and offers to tell the history of the comfy armchair she is admiring for a moment of her time. They are both moderately good-looking. At this point, I am thinking, "hey, these two should hook up"; and there would begin a beautiful love affair. However, this is not the case. It is not a sane thing to wish for happy endings when reading Junji Itou.

This story is one man's elaborate pick-up line. Very original. A+ for effort.
