I find this a very disturbing series... i felt sympathetic for the characters. And just as I was wondering could this even happened... I found this piece of news

So... things like this could happened in real life...it is so sad that I don't even know what to say. So I thank the Mangaka for writing this series... it helps me to understand, how these people feel. and I hope they will move on in their lives and feel at ease with comfort.

what the hell the brother and sister at the end get married and live happily ever after?
thats just sick unless im missing something please fill me in other wise im not reading this crap of a joke this is just to gross! please tell me are they real siblings or not i haven't even read 1 page yet if i get the answer that im looking for it'll help me make the choice to read or not to read!
even if i love the art of this Author and work but this story is just too much. i so wish they weren't real blood related siblings but i guess thats just not it.
