If you were to compare this managas "Total awsomeness" to the killing power of a nuclear weapon, id have to say that this manga makes the nuke look like a childs play toy. Its one of those managas that will make you go and get a job just so you can pay to have the next chapter translated.

Long story short, there is pretty much no way to understand how epic this manga is other then to read it. (that was your hint to stop reading this and to go read the manage)

I just picked up on reading this manga the other day and I seems to have an enourmous potentiel well not actually the other day but like a month abo ;> either way, I think if this is done right ... this is might really become something amazing.. character growth, finding you place in the world, standing up for what is right when no one else does.. well to summerize at first I was moved by the art, (reeely goooood) and then the comedy WOOSH, well then the combat scenes and and and, well you can really feel this is gooing somewhere. well if it wasn't good enuf already theres also romance, and in the last few chapters you can really se what depth this is gooing to have. this can become soo epic if the mangaka keeps this up, might become something never seen b4!!

Well, normally I don't read series that focus mainly on comedy because the wit kinda runs dry or turns stale after a while. But there's just something refreshing about Sun-ken that keeps me reading for now, whether it be humor or art. Also, the fast pacing means the writing stays fresh and doesn't drag. Too bad there's the typical soppy melodrama... that I can't bring myself to like.

well as title says if you liked reading a comedy manga like GTO you should give this a shot as well from the looks of things it has a lot of potential also the characters look awesome too

I'm still going to give this a 10 because it is an awesome manga...but i hate to burst the bubble on this...but it's actually a mature manga. I got curious so i looked at some of the raws O_O and yea it's definently for mature audiences haha. I won't give away anything but starting chapter 4 on you start to see more of the "mafia lifestyle"; dont get me wrong, the story is still good but i feel like i should throw this out there just in case people get the wrong idea with it being labeled a comedy. I love this story and i cant wait for the translations ^^

This series reflects the 'korean dream' of many Asian guys (like me). I give this a 10 because it touches me so much, especially page 7 on chapter 1 when he jump-kick yelling 'i have a dream.' Really, that's worth a dream!

It's moving really fast, these first couple of chapters. Like, really fast. The comedy is sorta okay, not the worst, and gives you a good chuckle. Art is awesome, there's really no way to explain it. The story needs some more chapters to reveal itself, but from what there is now you know there's gonna be drama, action, and comedy in the future. I can't wait to see how it lasts 8 volumes. LEt's go.

EDIT: on second thought............. the art is actually TOO good for this story. Like, seriously. It's too damn good. Works perfect in junction for the drama, which presents itself soon enough.

Loved Boichi's work in Hotel and Present. Both stories were heart warming and beautifully told. If the plot of this series is anything like the oneshots then this will indeed be a very good read. Can't wait for more!!
