I was totally into it.. But as it dragged on I found myself spread reading to get it over with.. Was expecting a better ending.

The story was super cute and light and fluffy and funny and everything else. I loved every character. I <3 uru. She's super cute that at some point, I found myself hating her for being too cute (bitter much?). I <3 Ichirou too. Anyway, why didn't I give it a perfect rating? That's because . I fell in love with Abekawa Sou <3. He's so kawaii :3 I felt so bad for him (even though readers could probably guess from the start he's not gonna be the lead male :/ ) Oh well, if uru won't have him, I'll take him anytime. XD The only thing I didn't like in this manga is how everyone will forever love uru. Literally. Don't they deserve someone else? I understand how they'd give up everything for the girl they love (that's for you Ichirou!) but that's just too sad knowing that it'll always be a one-side love. (((((((((

Don't get me wrong though, this manga is AWESOME \m/. It'll get you ROTFL especially Ichirou (Banzai! Spin! And pose!).

Note: i don't recommend this those who get too attached to the guy who will never be the lead male. It's heartbreaking. Srsly.

I just finished the series yesterday night after having left it on hold for half a year
To be honest, unlike what some people are saying, I quite liked the end. Sure, it was a little too fast in my opinion, but I was expecting it to end like that.
I think my favourite guy in the series is a tie between Satsuki, Ichirou, Sou and Jirou ... they were all so cute and likeable!

im sad. im happy. im overjoyed. im unsatisfied yet satisfied. im sad again, cause i've realized shiawase has officially ended. but im happy that it had such a freaking adorable cute ending.

im a lot of things, but i just know i highly recommend this to you, cause at some moments this manga can make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
at the end, you kinduh wish fairytale endings were real...

p.s. if you wonder how i felt about this manga in more understandable terms, i pretty much 100% agree with oinkmoorawr.

For a harem. It is the most by-the-book harem you'll ever find : Girl is not beautiful but kinda cute. You can see from the start with whom she'll end up. All the males are falling for her. And there is no actual romantic developpment.

This being said, it is sort of funny at times, and the art, though simple is clean. And the background used, the bakery, is original (for once it's not school) and well used.

So if you like harems, you can read it. If not, don''t bother, you won't like it.

nothing really amazing. nothing really bad. it's an easily forgettable series from what i've read. i remember skipping a volume and just going, yep, i can figure out what i missed. there's tons of cliches in this manga. i guess i'm spoiled from reading skip beat and dengeki daisy...so i expect a bit more originally/twists out of my shoujo. it's good enough to pass time though.

characters: honestly, i feel like they are cookie cutter creations. i don't really care too much for them. maybe i'll feel differently after i read a few more volumes but as of reading volume four, i don't love or hate them.

story: seriously? this is every cliche rolled together.

all in all, i won't be buying this series. it's gonna be borrowed from the library whenever tokyopop feels like releasing it.

this is not going to be memorable, i mean the art was ok and the story is nice buts its probably going to be one of those mangas two years down the track after you finish it then stumble across while cleaning out your folders and be like : oh whats this? and then read it and then probably forget about it again.

enjoyable read tho

I found this manga very enjoyable. The charaters are very likeable and not as tipical as most manga. I really liked the heroine as well. She's strong-willed, not shy and quiet like many manga girls. (At least from what I have seen) I would defentily recomend this seires.

My only concern with this is that Tokyopop picked it up. I wonder if we will be able to have more then the first four volumes in the US with the way they are doing things.

The art style may put off some people, at times being quite minimalistic, but it's quite an enjoyable story. Uru and Shindou are kind of complex, Ichirou who I personally find awesome is kind of left behind (character depth, and storyline wise) as the relationship between the other two slowly develops.

for the people, the current cover is right. the characters just look a little different
i love this series, the characters are fresh and cute, and i just love the little chibis!
good story line, GREAT READ.
