It's a fine story, if you don't mind reading a few repetitive chapters.

The manga was, to some extent, too repetitive, especially in the first and middle chapters, although it started picking up at the latter part. Also, in my humble opinion, the main protagonist's reason for loving someone were too flawed.

I like the personality of the main character. She falls in-love too rapidly and changes mind too often about who she loves but she also has redeeming characteristics. She is clumsy, and seemingly perfect, but unlike other most shoujo manga characters, she is not a weakling.

I really loooooooooooooove Shinshi Doumei Cross, and I love Arina Tanemura's art, it's so greeeeeeeeat !!!! yet Shinshi Doumei Cross and Time stranger Kyoko are my absolute mega favorites !!!!I whould rate it with 10 even for the rest of my life over and over again ! and i really hope they'll make it into an anime. I just can say that I'll definetly stay a fan of Shinshi Doumei Cross until the day it will become an Anime ! my absolute favourite charakter is Haine !

I started this one with anticipation but find that I just don't like it. Too many characters and I have trouble telling them apart becasue they look so similar. Find it hard to get into.

Reverse Harem once agian...

So far, I love the sequence of the story until one of Haine's friends declared a 'recall' and tries to make Haine his lover.

I mean, c'mon! Bishies are confessing to her like crazy and it's like, there isn't any proper interval for a deeper development between Haine and the guy and their friends. It's as if all of the romantic elements were poured out at random, it's too overbearing. I'm starting to think that Haine's not developing at all... she's turning into a spoiled princess.

This is one shoujo manga that kept me captivated even from the very beginning. It has many quirks and twists in the plot and the characters are well-fleshed out. Plus, the artwork carries Arina Tanemura's trademark style of drawing, which is good enough for me.

Killed By the End...

Well, I loved the entire series. The art was beautiful, the characters well developed, and the plot page turning. The suspense of Haine choosing either Shizu or Taka really gets hold of the reader. All in all, I would rate this a 10/10.

Until the end.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
Chapter 45-47 totally killed it for me. Well, chapter 45 and 46 were extremely fast paced and rushed through much plot in two chapters when it should have taken up at least 4 chapters. And for the final chapter.... Ugh I really hate it when Haine wants to marry both Taka and Shizu. And the suger coated other developments like Touya and Riiko and Haine getting a new sibling really messes it up. Sorry if you don't feel this way, but I do.

I will never read a series' ending again...

Ok, I liked this series when it started out during the first few volumes. Now, it seems like Arina Tanemura's forcing a sort of naive happy ending. That ruined it for me, especially since Shizumasa was the "antagonist," but now? It's not his fault anymore. Yes, yes, I get that it's supposed to be happy, but it seems kinda forced. Then again, I still enjoy reading it and it's not like a bad plotline. The art is awesome, but I would choose Full Moon wo Sagashite over this anytime. ^_^
I still recommend it to Shojo readers, but still...

the lead girl is too illogical for me even though i really like shojo. you could handle the lead at first, but eventually, the plot and the lead girl become xtremely boring. the only good part about this manga was that the art was very good. not bad for a first manga. I loved Full Moon though.

The drawings are beautiful. The plot is okay. And So many characters!!!!
Also, sometimes, there are TOO many surprises. Seriously. Something may seems like this but then it's really like that. ARGH!!! C'mon!!!
The surprises never cease.
-edit- whoa, it's complete already...well, the faster the better. I rather not read shoujo mangas that took too long...(exception is Skip Beat)
And yes, the twin brothers thing. What? They want the younger twin to be the successor or whatever? not the older and healthier one? what the heck?
and Haine, tough and do this and that but is actually fragileconfused
anyways, I checked the ratings for this one and Vampire Knight...at least it seems like this one got better ratings....

Can't There Be A Higher Rating Than Ten???

This is one great manga! A mixture of romance, comedy, drama, and school life all in one! Definitely deserves a TEN! It is waaaaaaayyy better then Full Moon Wo Sagashite and Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne. And that's saying something, when those manga are also a cut above the rest.

The plot is very, very interesting, the sort that really hooks you up. I for one read all the 40 released chapters in just one night!

The characters are amazingly solid, interesting and not quite the boring what-you-see-is-what-you-get type. The way they act, think and behave flows so naturally from their experiences, and not just because of some random plot device, that although they are not that realistic, they are characters we can relate to as well in that respect. The female lead is refreshingly cute and strong, the male lead is equally noteworthy, and all the other characters, though not quite as amazing, have something about them worth reading about.

The plot (for me at least), is easy to follow and not at all confusing. Each page seems fresh and brings forth something new. Each chapter keeps you wanting for more. Then you find yourself unable to stop, racing through each page...to start again on page one.
