Very Boring

I wish the author did a better job of hinting at the possible relations right from the beginning. The way story started, after a few chapters, I really hoped that the playboy and playgirl would get together and the child like guy with his childhood friend. I don't mind unexpected plot direction as long as it pulls me in, but this manhwa did not do its job. Compared this work, I prefer the author's other work- Do re mi fa so la si do.
I like it until the last two chapter

The story is really simple and cute. The other couple besides the main character is also good. I have the uneasy feelings that he is still in love with Yuri since he did everything as she told him. I dont sense anything that can make Jongyi to be in love with Seunghun really. The idea of homosexuality randomly brought up and randomly gone. And their issues with the family, which was the center of the story, has no real solution at the end. The end was unsatisfying.
art is pretty, but dialogues are childish..

I believe, the main characters were attracted to the grown-up boy, who annoyingly behaved and talked like a small child mostly for his looks. And i can't see it as love. Korean manhwas are often beautifully drawn, and this one is not an exception. But while characters are rather nice and beautiful, dialogues and relationships are pretty childish, therefore boring. imho ^_^ Schoolers might like it.

First of all, for anyone wondering about the relevance of the shounen-ai tag in this story:
Aside from that, there's not much more that I feel needs to be said. I loved this! The characters are all interesting, likeable, and experience a believable and gradual sense of growth. It's a down-to-earth romance that gives the characters humanity and depth, dipping its toes into some rather serious and somewhat grim issues, but always maintaining an upbeat and lighthearted spirit.
This is also one of the few love triangles I've read that really gave me a satisfying sense of resolution, and didn't make me feel like the "third wheel" character was just dumped because they weren't the 'right one'. Instead, they have their own character arc, and the manwhaga strikes a delightful balance of lingering issues and enduring friendship.
Truly a manwha about togetherness if I ever saw one. Lovely art, good writing, and high school romance with humor, drama, and substance. Definitely worth your time!

The main pairing does indeed feature an m/m relationship. At times it feels like it's not going to go through with it, and the ending makes me feel like it downplays Jongyi's reciprocation, but it goes through with it and it does it well. Although there's also a couple of very sweet heterosexual relationships that feature prominently, which are also really fun.

I'm not a fan of shounen ai and I had a hard time when I started to read the story because I didn't like the art. However, I'm really glad I found this manhwa! I think it's unique and very interesting.
The ending was good but I kept wanting to know more about this story!

It is much better than Happy Ending. I didn't realize it was the same author till I checked it. I really liked Seunghun, the fact that he's changed so much and that he wasn't forceful towards Jongyi. I liked the art and in my opinion it wasn't simple.

It's a great story. Maybe a bit confusing at first, but it worth reading it! It's so sweet, so cute the way the protagonists are, and the way they try to show their love. I just think that it would had been great if it hadn't finished in ch 17, at least I think that it had to have a ch 18, because the "boyfriends" relationship between the protagonists was shown very little, but anyway, this just shonen-ai, and they weren't going to go that far, anyway I liked it , Seung Hun is so sweet *oo*

I don't really read bl but someone recommended it to me so I thought I'd try it. I loved it! It was very cute, heartfelt and moving. I especially love how Seung relates to Jongyi. At one point there was a gender bender tag on it and even though I was rooting for Seung and Jongyi I still had hopes Jongyi was a girl.... But I still love this! Strongly recommended!

...you definitely shouldn't bother with this manhwa. In fact, you shouldn't read it even if you "have nothing against BL but still don't want the two male leads to end up together" ;)
There isn't anything particularly revolutionary or ground-breaking about the story -- but it's simple, charming, and sweet in a way most shoujo-esque romances and contemporary BL are not. The characters (especially Seung Hun, but Woo Sun as well) are very likeable, and they really bring a unique flavour to what would otherwise be a stereotyped high-school love polygon. Not to mention, Moon Sun and his girlfriend Hae Jin make the most excellent example of a beta-couple I've ever seen; providing comic relief where necessary but also giving out serious advice to their "less experienced" friends when the occasion called for it.
I also liked how Jong Yi's relationship with Yu Ri played out; it revealed a harsh, self-centred, but still somewhat kindly side of his personality that was well concealed behind his vacant, childlike façade and took me very much by surprise upon its revelation. It's obvious that many people (such as Trimutius, below)

were expecting them to end up together -- but I for one am happy that the manhwaga didn't take the easy way out by going that cliché route.
It's true that the ending was unnecessarily sappy and romantic, full of talk about "first-and-only love" and "love at first sight" -- neither of which I believe in -- but that didn't detract too much from the overall mood.
The art was very simple and plain -- and the backgrounds almost entirely consisted of painted-over photographs -- but that didn't matter much because this is a character-driven story and not an action-oriented or strongly atmospheric one.
All in all, I'd recommend C.O.Y. to anyone who enjoys softcore BL with some shoujo romance flavouring on the side.
